The club is just 10 minutes walk from Ruislip Tube Station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) and 3 minutes from the bus stop for routes 331, H13 and U10.
History
The club was founded in 1942 when a group of workers from a local engineering company got together for the purpose of bowling in the evening after work. It is believed that the men worked in the milling room hence the name. There was also a water mill in existence in Ruislip which may have influenced the choice of name.
