At the end of an exciting season Mill Bowling Club are the Bidgood League Division 1 Champions.
The team of Perry Foran, David Garside, Kevin Worboys, Charlie Lyons, Kevin Gynn and Tony Jones clinched the title with a 4 - 0 victory at Harrow B. The team won 7 of their 9 games but the title seemed an unlikely prospect when they were beaten at Norhwood in game 6. However the team rallied and won the last three matches 4 - 0, taking maximum points, to overtake long-time leaders Harrow A with that final victory.
The trophy was presented to captain Tony Jones at the Harrow and District Finals Day at Eastcote.
